Reception Before using the library, please take the necessary procedures at the office. You are also requested to present your ID.

Browsing You can freely browse through books and publications other than those specified. For books and publications owned by Divisions, please inquire at the office. Please use the convenient "library search system" for searching (available on the homepage of the Civil Engineering Research Institute of Hokkaido). http://www.ceri.go.jp

Lending For general books and publications, an individual can borrow up to five copies for one week. We do not lend any books / publications by mail. Those wishing to borrow materials are kindly requested to visit the library. For any questions related to facility usage and other issues, please feel free to ask clerks at the library. Some documents for internal use and other specified documents cannot be loaned. Those owned by Divisions cannot be loaned.
